The Gir cows which produce the A2 milk are free grazed in open pastures. They are fed all natural fodder, grains also as per requirement. 

A2 Cow Ghee is made entirely from the milk extracted from Gir cows. The cows are neither forced nor injected with hormones to enhance milk production.  The Gir Cows produces 3-9 litres of milk per day only. Calves are fully fed first; thus, the cows yield milk filled with nutritional value. Made in small batches the ghee is grainier and is filled with flavor.

Our ghee is  made using bilona churned method with a wooden churner. Here in this method curd is churned and not Malai to get the Ghee. This is why our A2 cow ghee has a grainy texture, thicker consistency and a better taste  which is   much healthier. Hence, A2 Desi Cow Ghee is costlier and better than regular ghee. 

A2 can only be obtained from ancient cattle or from the native cow breeds like Tharparkar, Gir, and Sahiwal.

A2 milk contains a proline element that prevents BCM-7 which causes bloating etc. from reaching our body. A1 or regular milk is comparatively hard to digest, thus resulting in the development of unpleasant symptoms such as stomach upsets, diarrheic, and digestive issues.

A2 milk has colostrum that contains about 90 active components, providing the same nourishment value as mother's milk required for child growth. You can introduce A2 milk around one year of age or later.

Sweet corn is a variety of maize with a high sugar content. It is sweet and crunchy. It is used widely in Chinese cooking to make sweetcorn coup with egg white and chicken, and in other Chinese gravies. The corn kernels have to be sliced off the cob with a sharp knife with slow downward movements of the knife. Store for upto 2-3 days in a refrigerator.
