The baby bok-choy is a top favourite Asian leafy green that is harvested young to lend a mildly bitter finish. It is very popular in a stirfry of vegetables with asian sauces - try oyster, teriyaki, or a simple barbecue sauce - for that extra flavour and crunch. Refrigerate until use - store in GG packaging as received, or transfer into a dry box lined with cloth or tissue.
