Ingredients: Orange, Sweet Lime, Lettuce (Either Curly, Iceberg or Lolorosso), Shallots, Star Anise & Walnuts

This is a salad that will make you want to come back for more. Segment the oranges and the sweet lime. Do so in a bowl so that the juices that run off while doing so are collected. This will be used for the dressing later. Once the citruc fruits are segmented and deseeded, add them to the rinsed and roughly cut lettuce. Slice the shallots thinly and add to the mix. Toss all this together, season it your liking and place in a bowl and refrigerate for atleast 2 hours for bst results.

Use half a cup of olive oil and add the juices collected while making the salad. Roughtly crush the star anise and mix into the dressing. Refirgerate the dressing for at least 2 hours. When ready, pour the dressing over the salad and garnish with walnuts.
