Ingredients: Lettuce (Either Curly, Iceberg or Lolorosso), Cherry Tomato, Cucumber, Assorted Bell peppers, Carrot & Walnuts

Please rinse and dry all the ingredients. Roughly cut the lettuce or you could also break it into bits by hand if you like. Halve the cherry tomatoes, julienne the bell peppers and the carrots. Toss them all together, season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper and dress with a dressing of your choice. Use the walnuts either whole or crushed as a garnish.

If you prefer a neutral tone to the salad, a simple balsamic vinaigrette will go very well. Alternatively, if you like a sweet tinge, add some mustard and honey to the dressing to make it a rich honey mustard dressing.
