Ingredients: Trio of Salads (between Baby Butterhead, Lolorosso, Arugula, Red Oak & Batavia), Cherry Tomato, Assorted Bellpeppers & Cucumber

Please rinse and dry all the ingredients. Roughly cut the lettuce or you could also break it into bits by hand if you like. Halve the cherry tomatoes, julienne the bellpeppers and slice the cucumber. Toss them all together, season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper and dress with a dressing of your choice. You can garnish the salad with some fresh olives, nuts or dry fruits as per your preference.

If you prefer a neutral tone to the salad, a simple balsamic vinaigrette will go very well. Alternatively, if you like a sweet tinge, add some mustard and honey to the dressing to make it a rich honey mustard dressing.
